(a) summary and explanation from the text prescribed - 15×02=30
(b) objective questions (compulsory) - 05×02=10
(c) grammar (Ajnas and Azdad) - 10×01=10

Directions :
(a) four questions shall be set selecting two from prose and two from poetry portion of the prescribed book. Examinees will be asked to answers one question from prose and one question from poetry.
(b) two questions shall be set one from Ajnas and other from Azdad. Examinees will be asked to answer any one question.
(c) one compulsory objective question connected to the text prescribed.
